1. Mangrove Transplantation in Lusai Site Preparation Project
1、路赛场地准备项目中进行红树林移植
Transforming the area through landscaping and reclamation into prime real estate property for development (2006-2009)
路赛场地准备项目(2006-2009)主要通过吹填、场地美化等为后续房地产开发提供基本场地。
The EIA (Environment Impact Assesment) of the Lusial project identified the mangroves as the most precious plants in Qatar, important for the local marine ecology. SINOHYDRO as the contractor of the project implemented a cautious transplantation procedure to protect the existing mangrove forest on site. A separate method statement of mangrove transplantation has been prepared with professional examination from the professor of botany in Qatar, and the relocation of the plant was locked to Al Aliyah Island - the nearby island suitable for growth. As soon as the method statment was approved by the Engineer, SINOHYDRO With full care carry out the transplantation work. Regular inspectation has been held during the project construction to study the plants’ adaptation to the new habitat.
路赛项目的环境评估报告(EIA)将红树林认定为对卡塔尔当地海洋生态具有重要作用的珍稀植物。中国水电作为项目承包商,制定了严谨的移植程序以保护项目场地上生长的红树林。在卡塔尔植物学教授的专业指导下,制定了红树林移植办法,并将移植地点锁定附近适宜红树林生长的阿利亚(Al Aliyah)岛。在得到工程师批准后,中国水电精心开展移植工作,并在项目建设期定时开展巡查工作以了解植物对其新生长地的适应情况。

Merowe Project constructed the longest dam in the world. It solves the country's power shortage, by double increases the country's electrification level. With an irrigational extent reaching as far as over 400 km and covering an area of more than 66.67 hectares, it brings benefit to more than 3 million local people.
麦洛维工程建成世界上最长的大坝。该项目将当地电力输出提升2倍,解决了电力供应紧缺的情况。同时,该项目灌溉区域辐射周边400公里近66.67公顷的地区,汇集超过300万当地民众。
During the project construction, SINOHYDRO built original phytofiltration system to recover and treat used waters in order to avoid the leakage of oil polluted water into the natural ecosystem
中国水电在承建苏丹麦洛维大坝工程期间,通过使用植物过滤技术,对废水进行修复处理,避免受到汽油污染的水质泄露,影响当地自然生态。

名词释义:植物过滤技术(phytofiltration)又称根际过滤技术,指将特定的植物(超累积植物)种植在重金属污染的水体中,利用植物庞大的根系和巨大的表面积过滤、吸收、富集水体中的重金属元素后,将植物收获进行妥善处理,达到治理水体重金属污染的目的。根际过滤技术主要用来处理石油天然气生产过程中产生的废水、含放射性污染物质的废水、含重金属的各种废水以及富含其它污染物(如氮、磷、钾、铅)的废水。
